It's in a neighborhood real estate agents coin Dowisetrepla, of which they've never heard. Marshall finally finds out about their financial issues once they try to secure a mortgage. Beyond the argument Lily and Marshall have the size of their debt, Lily comes up with an unconventional solution to their problem. But will they ever find out what Dowisetrepla means? Meanwhile, Barney secures a key to the condominium that Marshall and Lily want to buy. His purpose?: to pretend that the place is his own so that he can sleep with a woman there for a one time only purpose, leave and never have to see her again.
