Stella was born in Lecco, northern Italy and grew up in a tiny village near Lake Como. Thanks to her mother's passion for Performing Arts, she started working in commercials at the age of five and was noted at the renowned trade publication, "La Rassegna Degli Attori", for her natural artistic ability. She first appeared on stage at "Teatro Comunale di Como" at the age of ten and continued acting in several local productions.
