Russell Jordan was born July 29, 1972 in Queens, New York. He is the oldest of six children. After graduating from high school, he studied mathematics for a time at Clark Atlanta University. He transferred to York College of City University of New York where he would change his field of study, earning his bachelors degree in Speech Communications with a concentration in Theater.
