Songwriter, announcer, composer and author, educated at the Business College. For seven years he worked as a stockbroker, then began a thirty-year career as a radio and television announcer. He also wrote a number of commercial jingles over a twelve-year period. Joining ASCAP in 1954, his chief musical collaborators included Al Hoffman, Al Stillman, Walter Kent, and Bob Emmerich.
