Biography

Markita Prescott is a formally trained actress of Caribbean descent. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to International photojournalist Margot Jordan and Trinidadian recording artist, Keith "Designer" Prescott. As a child Markita started modeling for Child Magazine, Good Morning America, JC Penny and soon earned a guest appearance alongside Raven Symone on the hit TV program, "The Cosby Show." With her infectious laugh and rich personality, she worked on numerous jingles, voice-overs, and television commercials.
