Having shared a stage with Buddy Guy, played to thousands at the V&A in London, composing for ballet at the Bloomsbury Theatre and for Nokia commercials, its safe to say that Luke's commercial knowledge and musical experience is far from average. Equally a highly sought after producer, he also recorded with #1 artist Robert Owens picking up praise along the way from Boy George, Jon Marsh and top selling magazines Seven and International DJ. Over the last 3 years, from his studio in London's Marylebone, Luke's compositional, production and song-writing talents have become increasingly in demand across TV, film and the Advertising Industry. His most recent projects have been ABC News documentary Trivial Royale covering the Royal Wedding, songs for the BBC series East Enders, scoring for award winning directors Rudolf & Ragnar, and sound designing for the top grossing Nollywood film The Mirror Boy - winner of three AAMA awards. Known for performing all instrumental parts himself, Luke shares his work space with an ever growing collection of vintage and rare musical instruments; making him the ideal choice for those requiring an original approach to scoring. 2009 has seen the addition of "LittleSputnik" to his studio, a custom built, unique EMT console created for the legendary composer Pierre Boulez (as used by Boulez himself during his presidency at IRCAM in Paris). As was planned when initially commissioning this machine, the music coming from Luke's studio just got that bit more unique.
