Linnea was born and raised in Lund, Sweden. Coming from a family of musicians and opera singers, Linnea started performing at a young age, singing in an internationally competing children's choir for ten years. Even as a young child, Linnea knew she wanted to become an actress. Performing in every school play and joining youth theatre groups, Linnea got a chance to play and experiment on the stage she loved. While at upper secondary school at Katedralskolan, Lund, Linnea revived the long since dormant theatre society SCENIA that Max von Sydow had helped start up many years before. While still studying, Linnea travelled the world, doing fashion weeks in London, Stockholm and Athens and editorials for prestigious magazines such as MarieClaire, Vogue and Cosmopolitan. Linnea left her studies after 4 years to focus on her acting career. Having acted in more than 30 film projects in the south of Sweden, Linnea has made a name for herself as an indie actress. Known for her beauty, she is not afraid to take on the roles that delve into the uglier sides of the human condition. Linnea just finished shooting Fristad/Haven, a short film by Moxie & Mayhem productions, where she played the lead. This summer she will attend an acting in Shakespeare intensive course at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
