Jerod Howard was born early on a Christmas morning, raised in one of the Windy City's predominately blue collar/Irish-Catholic neighborhoods. The son of Leonard and Gidget Howard spent his early years attending St. Alphonsus Academy of Chicago (longtime host to the Athenaeum Theater & Performing Arts Center). The only "theater" Jerod knew as a boy was the Music Box Theater and the films he saw there. Classics and award winners like "Young Frankenstein" and "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" among them.
