Biography

Jean Rasey started acting at the age of sixteen. She attended the prestigious American Conservatory Theatre of San Francisco under scholarship for three years. She appeared in the theatrical production "Cyrano de Bergerac" starring Marc Singer, Marsha Mason and Peter Donat. Jean also starred in smaller productions at A.C.T. She played small roles in "Sara" (1976) (TV) and in the film "Rollercoaster" (1977).

Upon moving to Los Angeles, California she landed the ingenue role of Irene Breslaus in the 1975 motion picture "The Hindenburg" directed by Robert Wise. That was the film that launched her acting career. Ms. Read more...
