Isobel Pravda is English/Czech, her grandparents were the Czech actors George and Hana Pravda.

She trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating with the Peter Wolff bursary. Straight out of Drama School she took the female lead in the BBC1 series The Impressionists opposite Richard Armitage. She went on to work in numerous theatrical productions, notably playing Portia in Julius Ceasar at the Menier Chocolate Factory. While working in Athens for three years she produced and starred in a bi-lingual production of The Vagina Monologues at the Olympic Badminton Theatre. Read more...
