Macon, Missouri, USA
Misouri-born (Macon) Henderson Forsythe was a respected stage actor on Broadway, and was also known for his 30-year run as "Dr. David Stewart" on the iconic soap opera As the World Turns (1956). He won a Tony Award in 1979 for his work in "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" and later played the role again in London's West End.
