Garry Marsh was the younger brother of Digby George Gerahty who as Robert Standish wrote the novel Elephant Walk adapted to film starring Elizabeth Taylor. Gerahty is the correct spelling of the family name according to a nephew of Garry and Digby. Digby was the prolific writer of some 80 novels, using pen names, Robert Standish, Stephen Lister, George Digby, and George Echlin. Read more...
