Mexican filmmaker, writer of the adventure comedy Saving Private Perez ("Salvando al soldado Pérez"), released commercially in the U.S. and Mexico, and the musical comedy Volando Bajo, this last one an homage to the music and the B-film world of the 80s and early 90s in Latin America. There is an intimate view of the characters in his work, no matter how peculiar, adventurous or surreal their worlds can be. He directed the short fiction film Floppy, selected in festivals in and outside Mexico. Read more... and assistant director. This short is part of the collective film Sucedió en un día. He made the "behind the scenes" of the film Voces inocentes and has assisted in the Direction and Production departments of short and feature film projects, both fiction and documentary. He produced the video "Nalguita" for the band Plastilina Mosh, co-produced the animated short Close to Saskia and published the book of stories Quinteto para cómic, of wich he was both author and coeditor.
