Born and raised in Tel-Aviv, Israel. He served in the IDF as a shooting and combat fitness instructor. He was also a member of the national Water-Polo team. Dan studied Pre-Med at UCLA where he continued to play Water-Polo and was named 'All American' player. He completed his studies at Tel-Aviv University and holds a degree in Life Science. In 2001 he relocated to Sydney, Australia. He is trained in the Meisner Technique, mime, and movement. Mor began his acting career playing a drug lord in the award winning Australian film, Cedar Boys.
