Curtis Price was born in 1953 and raised by his mother and grandmother in Woodsboro Texas. After high school he moved to Hollywood to pursue his dream of acting. He landed his first movie role as a militant (bit part) in a 1973 Blaxploitation film: "Sweet Jesus preacherman"-starring Roger E Mosley of Magnum PI fame. Cutis had a major role in only one movie. In The 1974 Blaxploitation film "Jive Turkey" a.k.a. baby needs a new pair shoes - starring Curtis Price, as Nathan Jones. Also Starring Paul Harris and Frank DeKova. Read more...
