Carlotta Summers has been working non-stop in the film and television industry since graduating from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2013. Born in Maryland, she began acting at the young age of 6 in her elementary school's theater program. In high school, she was given the honor of performing at The Shakespeare Theatre Co. in Washington D.C. for the Text Alive performance of Titus Andronicus and later, garnered an award for Best Actress for her performance in The Wiz in 2008. She briefly attended SUNY Fredonia her freshman year of college leaving in 2009 to attend NYU, studying both theater and psychology. Immediately following graduation in 2013, Carlotta booked a featured role in Shonali Bose's independent film Margarita, With A Straw, which has been making it's way to various film festivals across the U.S. Currently, working on several different films, she will soon gain attention as an emerging talent and driven young artist. She is most recognizable for her supporting role, Anna, in Joe Reizer's feature film, Final Cut.
