Armin Habibovich was born in Srebrenica, Bosnia and Hercegovina. In 1998, at the age of 10, Armin and his family moved to the United States as refugees upon surviving the Bosnian war. He got his chance to do so in 2014, playing a supporting character in the critically acclaimed film "Dear White People" The film was Written and Directed by Justin Simien and stars Tyler James Williams(Everybody Hates Chris)Tessa Thompson(Tyler Perry's "For Colored People")and Kyle Gallner(Smallville,Jenifer's Body). September 2014 saw the release of "Solitude", a horror thriller in which Armin stars as a reporter who discovers a horrible family secret. The film premiered with very positive reviews at the 2014 Twin Cities Film festival. Excitement is building for the 2015 release of "Strange Nature" an eco-thriller in which Armin plays a Police Officer. Written and directed by Jim Ojala (VFX:Hellboy2,X-Men,Firefly),The film stars Lisa Sheridan(CSI:Miami)Stephen Tobolowsky (Groundhog Day,,Glee,)Carlos Alazraqui (James Garcia-Reno911) and WWE Superstar John Morisson. Armin's ultimate goal for his film career is to educate as well as entertain on screen.
